SLOW BEGINNER

BEGINNER/ALL LEVELS

Beginner's yoga is where you will learn all the basics of a yoga class. Starting with breathing (pranayama), postures (asanas) & proper alignment. In this class you will learn all of the traditional aspects of yoga. Your instructor will guide you safely in and out of poses. We encourage you to listen to your body and do what you can. Making sure to practice with self-acceptance and non-judgement..

-This class is not heated, considerations will be made for seasonal weather.

GENTLE

LEVEL 1/ALL LEVELS

Slow and low to the ground, stretching & restorative poses. Giving yourself permission to slow down both on and off the mat. Class begins with different breathing techniques to shift and quiet the mind. Supporting your practice with props and essential oils is encouraged. This class is a great place to start for beginner’s and anyone rehabbing an injury.

RESTORE & RECHARGE

LEVEL 1/ALL LEVELS

The name says it all. Restorative poses and guided meditation will be offered. Restorative poses allow our bodies to release habitual patterns of tension. Breathing techniques will be offered to allow relaxation and also to calm the mind. Ending the class with Guided Meditation will leave you Renewed & ready to take on the day. This self-care class will help repair and heal you. Letting go and recharging your battery. Guided meditation is offered.

REST & DESTRESS

LEVEL 1/ALL LEVELS

Unwind. Release bodily and mental tension aka STRESS. This class is the perfect way to unwind at the end of your week, and head into the weekend. Calming your mind and body and giving yourself permission to REST. This class will release bodily and mental tension aka STRESS. Combining breathing with mindful movements, a great slow flowing class that everyone can enjoy.

YIN (DEEP STRETCH)

LEVEL 1-3*/ALL LEVELS

*This class is open to ALL levels of students, with options to modify or increase the intensity as desired.

Yin is a yoga practice that consists of a series of poses held for an extended period of time, focused on quieting the mind through the stillness of the body while emphasizing the breath. This class is open to all levels of students and is a complimentary practice to incorporate into any regular yoga routine. This is a slow paced class with long held floor postures that assists in the release of tension in the muscles to allow for a deeper stretch. Yoga props are highly encouraged to allow for safe supported postures and will be provided as needed. Seated postures are typically held for 2-3 minutes, while other postures may be held anywhere from 3-5 minutes.

-The temperature for this class is usually 76° – 82°.

BREATH INTO YIN (PRANAYAMA + YIN)

*This class is open to ALL levels of students, with options to modify or increase the intensity as desired.

This class will begin by reconnecting to our breath with the practice of pranayama (breath work) Pranayama can be helpful in the reduction of anxiety and physical tension as well as help to increase lung capacity. Breath work will be followed by slowing way down with yin yoga. In yin yoga, a series of floor and seated postures will be held for an extended amount of time to assist in the release of tension in the muscles which will allow for a deeper stretch. Postures are held anywhere from 2-5 minutes each. This is open to all levels as modifications will be offered and lots of props are used and encouraged!

-The temperature for this class is usually 72° – 78°.

YIN AND WINE (YIN WITH A COMPLIMENTARY GLASS OF WINE)

LEVEL 1/ALL LEVELS

The first Friday of every month, Yin yoga with a complimentary glass of wine! This class will be a nice slow way to end your week and kick of the month feeling rejuvenated! Occasionally taking mindful sips of red or white wine is optional.Yin is a yoga practice that consists of a series of poses held for an extended period of time, usually 2-5 minutes. This class is open to all levels of students and is a complimentary practice to any regular yoga practice. Yin focuses on the stillness of the mind and body. This is a very slow paced yoga practice that allows the student to slowly relax the muscles to allow for a deeper stretch. Yoga props are highly encourage to allow for a safe and supported stretch and will be provided as needed.

POWER VINYASA (POWER YOGA + VINYASA FLOW)

*This class is open to ALL levels of students with options to modify as needed or increase the intensity as desired. Options for arm balances and inversions.

Vinyasa flow is a yoga practice that coordinates breath to the physical postures that flow from one pose to the next. This class is open to all levels of students, whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or you are just beginning your yoga journey. With options to amp it up or modify as needed, this class offers both a physically and mentally challenging workout. Each class varies, but is usually high energy and can generate heat adding a cardiovascular component to the class. Although this class can be a little faster paced at times it also integrates the long holding of postures found in power yoga to promote strength and endurance, and resting poses that can be taken at anytime during the class. This practice is complimented with a nice slow finishing series to encourage mobility and leave you with a sense of balance and relaxation.

-The temperature for this class is usually 82° – 90°.

VINYASA CORE

Start your morning with this Vinyasa Flow, a strong focus on building your core strength and stability.

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa Flow is a yoga practice that coordinates breath to the physical postures that flow from one pose to the next. This practice involves more movement, builds endurance, and can include a cardio component.

VINYASA SLOW FLOW

Vinyasa SLOW Flow is a yoga practice that coordinates breath to the physical postures that flow from one pose to the next. This practice is similar to a vinyasa flow practice, but it is a little slower paced and incorporates some restorative postures.

ZEN FLOW

LEVEL 1/ALL LEVELS

Intermediate level of a Vinyasa flow practice where I will walk you through a variety of options to increase or decrease the intensity depending on how you feel today. Using smooth transitions between poses, we focus on all major muscle groups, working on strength and flexibility while connecting mind and body through breath. We start with a short meditation and finish with Savasana. Disclaimer - you might break a sweat.

PILATES + YOGA

Pi-Yo is a total-body workout designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the muscle-sculpting core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.

Baby, Toddler, & Me is a yoga class for parent’s and their babies and/or toddlers (ages 0-4 years) to attend together. In this class, parents will enjoy a flowing Yoga sequence, for people of all abilities: While building strength, gaining flexibility, and learning relaxation techniques. In addition to songs, rhymes, and fingerplays being woven throughout class, babies and toddlers will enjoy sharing space with their parents: While learning from their peers through observation. Gaining social skills from their peers through play. And building their knowledge of Yoga through observation, and through parent & me partner poses.
