The first Friday of every month, Yin with a complimentary glass of wine! This class will be a nice slow way to end your week and kick of the month feeling rejuvenated! Occasionally taking mindful sips of red or white wine is optional.
Yin is a yoga practice that consists of a series of poses held for an extended period of time, usually 2-5 minutes. This class is open to all levels of students and is a complimentary practice to any regular yoga practice. Yin focuses on the stillness of the mind and body. This is a very slow paced yoga practice that allows the student to slowly relax the muscles to allow for a deeper stretch. Yoga props are highly encourage to allow for a safe and supported stretch and will be provided as needed. This class is usually between 78° - 82°
