This workshop will start out with a complimentary 45 minute yoga class that will prepare you to get into some fun arm balances. Your instructor will then guide you through getting into the poses, proper alignments, and finding engagement in these arm balancing poses. The remainder of the time will be used to play with the various arm balances and their variations before you are guided through a cool down to leave you feeling refreshed.
*This is a four part series wrapped into a single day. The scheduled Power Vinyasa classes for the weeks leading up to this workshop will be focused on scapular stabilization, abdominal control, and pelvic stabilization, all key components to establishing a strong arm balance practice. Although these classes are not required, they may increase strength and mobility to benefit your arm balance practice, as well as all other classes that promote strength or mobility. This workshop is open to students of all levels.
