INTRO TO OILS

  • Learn the basics of essential oil uses and applications with this introduction to essential oils workshop.

  • The workshop will include instruction, along with open discussion about essential oil uses in our daily life.

YIN YOGA & CHILL

  • This workshop will be accompanied by a 60 minute complementary Yin yoga for relaxation class.

  • Essential oils will be used at the beginning and at the end of class to explore the uses and applications in our daily yoga practice.

INTRO TO MEDITATION

  • The Yin yoga class will conclude with essential oil application for the ultimate relaxation as you enter savasana.

  • At the end of savasana, you will be guided through an Introduction to Meditation.
