Learn the basics of essential oil uses and applications with this introduction to essential oils workshop.
The workshop will include instruction, along with open discussion about essential oil uses in our daily life.
YIN YOGA & CHILL
This workshop will be accompanied by a 60 minute complementary Yin yoga for relaxation class.
Essential oils will be used at the beginning and at the end of class to explore the uses and applications in our daily yoga practice.
INTRO TO MEDITATION
The Yin yoga class will conclude with essential oil application for the ultimate relaxation as you enter savasana.
At the end of savasana, you will be guided through an Introduction to Meditation.
