Myofascial Release Workshop

This 2 hour workshop will be taught by Kati Bailey and Tricia Crowley. The body and mind need time to recover, reflect, and regenerate. This workshop uses the science of self-myofacial release; a form of self massage that improve range of motion, eliminates pain, and prepares all systems of the body for the optimum performance. Along with a series of restorative stretches and stress reducing breath technique, the movement patterns help regenerate the body and mind from the inside out.
