I see yoga as a glorious journey for self growth, self love, and healing. I feel that yoga has healed me in many way and helped me grow as a person. I feel yoga is the perfect balance to add on to any type of fitness regimen, I will continue to deepen my practice, and love to share yoga with others. I am a firm believer that whatever needs healing whether it be inner, outer, mind, body and soul yoga is the cure.
