Kati started her yoga journey in 2008, attending yoga classes for group exercise. As a wife and busy mother of three, she was looking to relieve stress, become fit and live a healthier lifestyle. As she continued yoga practice, Kati loved its non-competitive nature. Learning to let go of expectation, judgement and competition allowed her to let each practice be just that—PRACTICE. "When we come to our mat, we can choose to just follow our breath, letting the beginning be the beginning and not worrying about what is next." Kati's practice allowed her to tune in to what her body needs and tune out from worries outside. Naturally, yoga quickly became a passion. In 2014, Kati became a certified yoga instructor through Yogafit. She is grateful for her journey as a yoga student and teacher.
